How do I get started?
You can start
using ForeclosureMagic.com right away by signing up for our
FREE 7-day Trial. You can also click our "Free Trial" link
that is
located in the upper navigation bar of each page of our site. The Free
Trial lets you search, browse, and view all the real estate properties in our
foreclosure database. At the top of every page, you can use our "Zip Code
Search" or you can use our "Choose your State" pull-down menu. On
our Home (or Welcome) page you can simply click on your state to find properties in your
state or territory. You can also find a clickable list of states and
territories by clicking on the Blue “Foreclosures” Tab. Once you have chosen
your state, you will get a list of properties in the entire state and a
clickable list of counties will appear below. If you wish to Narrow your
search to a particular county, simply click on county that you desire to
view properties in.
If you cancel
the free trial within 7 days, you will not be charged. If however you elect
to continue beyond the 7-day free trial period, your cost will be only $9.95
per week. Once you begin your free trial or paid subscription, you'll easily
be able to login anytime by via the login box on the upper left portion of every page.

that you may be able to purchase at discounted prices, and then flip for

use. Our foreclosure database includes properties from a many different
sources and represents a most up-to-date and comprehensive inventory of
foreclosure listings. We obtain our property data from foreclosing lenders
and government agencies. Our enormous database allows you to find
foreclosure properties directly from these sources and use that information to
buy the properties and pursue
your real estate investment and ownership goals.

Is your trial subscription really FREE for 7 days?
Yes, the trial
membership is absolutely FREE for the first 7 days. If you decide not to
continue the
subscription, simply cancel your account anytime within the 7-Day Free Trial period
and you will not incur any charges.
If you choose
to continue your subscription after the 7-Day FREE Trial ends, your subscription will
be automatically
renewed. The cost, thereafter, is only $9.95 for each week. The subscription is
charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, four weeks at a time
at the rate of $39.80 per month. Renewals are billed to your on a monthly
basis until you cancel your subscription.

How do I Cancel?
You can cancel
your subscription anytime by logging into your
account and clicking on the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom or
each page, which will take you to our cancellation page.
